Yikong’s Successful Changzhou Team-Building Trip，A Short Rest for a Better Start!

In the golden autumn of September, our company held a three-day team-building trip to Changzhou from September 6th to 8th. This event was not only a refreshing break from the busy work life but also a valuable opportunity to deepen team collaboration and strengthen corporate culture, injecting new vitality and momentum into the company’s growth.

DAY1

Our first stop was the picturesque Tianmu Lake Scenic Area, often referred to as the “Pearl of Jiangnan.” The stunning natural landscape, with its harmonious blend of mountains and water, quickly erased any fatigue from the journey. The Strange Stone Museum gave us a deeper appreciation of the profound richness of Chinese culture.

DAY2

Next, we visited the Maoshan Forest World, a national 4A tourist attraction. With a forest coverage rate of over 80%, this area is like a natural oxygen bar with vast stretches of bamboo. In the embrace of the forest, employees participated in exciting and fun activities like jungle rafting and forest crossing, not only relieving work stress but also enhancing mutual trust and friendship through challenges. The jungle rafting, in particular, offered a refreshing escape from the summer heat, providing an unforgettable experience for all.

DAY3

On the final day, the team visited Dongfang Salt Lake City, a destination that integrates culture, wellness, and vacation experiences. Leveraging Maoshan’s unique natural resources and deep cultural heritage, this expansive national-level scenic area offers a perfect blend of landscape and wellness tourism. Employees strolled through ancient-style streets, immersing themselves in the rich Taoist culture. The creative tourism products and diverse cultural exhibits within the scenic area also provided a broad platform for learning and exchange, further promoting cultural integration and intellectual exchange among team members.

This team-building trip to Changzhou was a great success, thanks to the strong support from company leadership and the active participation of all employees.
