Introduction:
Our Differential Drive Wheel adopts an advanced design, achieving flexible steering and precise control, making it highly suitable for complex industrial environments. The drive wheel effectively enhances maneuverability through its differential mechanism, enabling efficient operation in confined spaces.
Planetary gearbox transmission structure with a compact design, low noise, and high output torque.
1.Differential Drive Wheel series (named by wheel diameter in mm): 120, 150, 180, 200, 220, 240, 250 series for diverse applications.
2.Load capacity of Differential Drive Wheels ranges from 150 kg to 2500 kg for various series.
3.Input voltage range: 12V-96V.
4.Optional wheel materials: polyurethane or rubber.
5.Optional motors: brushed DC, asynchronous AC, permanent magnet servo motors with power range from 100W to 3KW.
6.Optional components: shock-absorbing springs, incremental/absolute encoders, brakes, etc.
7.Customizable series: explosion-proof motors, low-temperature motors, high IP protection rating.
