In November, Huizhou reveals itself as a serene ink-wash landscape, rich in texture and spirit. From November 14 to 16, 2025, Yikong’s team members temporarily stepped away from their busy workstations and immersed themselves in this thousand-year-old painting, completing a three-day “Huangshan – Hongcun – Huizhou Ancient City – Xin’an River” cohesion journey. This was not merely a trip, but a heartfelt tribute from the company to all employees—a deep resonance between team strength and cultural nature.
Departure: From the Map of Commerce to the Map of Culture
Carrying the pride and joy of an outstanding 2025 performance—far surpassing the same period of previous years—we set out with confidence and ambition. On the first day, we stepped directly into the cultural DNA of Huizhou: Huizhou Ancient City. It is not just a sightseeing spot, but a vivid classroom of commercial civilization. Among its ancient lanes and grand memorial archways, we touched the spirit of Huizhou merchants—“Integrity above all, commercial success with scholarly refinement.” This wisdom in management and philosophy, transcending time, aligns naturally with Yikong’s dedication to excellence and industry depth.
Later, during the Xin’an River cruise, the breeze and flowing waters eased our minds. Standing by the railing, speaking freely about past and present, we let work fatigue drift away with the river, while team synergy quietly deepened amid laughter and conversation.
Climbing: Facing the Summit Together as One Team
The second day’s journey up Huangshan tested our willpower and reflected our team spirit. When the steep “Hundred-Step Cloud Ladder” stood before us, it was a colleague’s helping hand that gave us strength. When the narrow passage of “One-Line Sky” brought challenge, it was the continuous encouragement before and behind that dispelled hesitation. Eventually, when we stood together on Bright Summit, watching seas of clouds surge and peaks bow in worship, the heroic feeling of “where the mountain rises, so does human ambition” surged within us.
This was no different from the market landscape we faced over the past year: through courage, mutual trust, and support, we overcame challenge after challenge, reached new performance peaks, and stood together at the summit, enjoying the magnificent view.
Reflection: Seeking the Essence of Craftsmanship in a Living Painting
Towards the end of the journey, we entered Hongcun, a village like a painting. Its ingenious ox-shaped waterway system showed the wisdom of ancient planning, while the exquisite wood, stone, and brick carvings displayed a craftsman’s spirit—dedicated, refined, and relentlessly meticulous. This craftsmanship mirrors Yikong’s unwavering pursuit of excellence in products and services.
In the colorful autumn scenery of Tachuan, we paused to capture the moment. Red maple leaves, winged spindle trees, whitewashed walls, and dark-tiled roofs intertwined into a stunning backdrop, preserving every brilliant smile and warm moment.
Return: Carrying the Spirit of Mountains and Rivers Into the Future
The journey may have ended, but the strength we drew from these landscapes has only just begun to rise. We bring back Huizhou’s cultural depth, Huangshan’s spirit of perseverance, and a renewed closeness among one another.
This team-building experience was both a grand celebration of past achievements and a powerful march toward the future. A brief pause only prepares us for a stronger return.
